A Study on Building the Model of Social Information Commons Under the View of Social Public Art Literacy

Abstract: This paper develops a new model of social information commons under the view of social public art literacy. According to the model, the information commons and social public art literacy are combined together based on the constructivism theory, and IC’s essential factors—space, technology and service are fully analyzed on the purpose of fostering social public art literacy.
