Probe into Establishing a Standardized System of Subject Librarian in University Library

Abstract: Subject Librarian System in our country has gone through more than ten years of history.This paper probes into establishing a standardized system ofsubject Librarian in University Librare in connection with setting for the subject librarian positions and responsibilities, conditions of employment and subject librarians training and assessment.
