Development of information service in library under cloud computing environment

Abstract: According to the analysis of current status of university journals development, the academic utilitarian tendency, disadvantages and results of university journals development in it have been described in details. In an academic ecological environment optimization for strengthening university periodicals to view the ultimate value of attention, to further promote the quality of college journals built ascension.
