Abstract: Based on the SWOT analysis of the regional cultural soft power of Jilin City, this paper puts forward some countermeasures of reinforce regional cultural soft power for Jilin City government, so as to reinforce regional cultural soft power of the city,and meanwhile to promote harmonious development of the local economy and society.
