Exploiting Human Resource Effectively and Promoting Librarian Professional Ability in Academic Libraries Taking Shihezi University as an Example

Abstract: Starting from the meaning of human resource development and professional ability,this paper taking Shihezi University as an example,uses the methods of literature reviews,investigation and questionnaire study,understand and analyze the status of human resource development in the library fully,then points out the problems that librarians do not exert their professional ability sufficiently,and put forward strategies for developing human resource and improve Library professional ability in the end.
