Study on the Ecological Environment of Rural Human Resource Development in the Process of Urbanization

Abstract

Abstract: Adhering to the Chinese characteristics of the new urbanization strategy was put forward in the Eighteenth report. The core of new urbanization is to realize the ‘people’ urbanization. The key of the transformation lies in the realization of farmers to the public. This transformation process depends on the adaptation of human resources and human resources development environment. It concludes five kinds of adaptation: regional cultural environment adaptation, technology adaptation, educational adaptation, the natural environment adaptation, policy environment adaptation.
