Based on the Human Resources of Library Management Innovation Research - the Xinjiang Normal University Library as an Example

Abstract: With the development of information and big data, human resources become more important in library. Based on human resources management, the article puts forward the innovation of library management system. It is pointed out that the key of library human resource management is Evaluation and Reward, so it focuses on the analysis of evaluation methods and incentive measures. Through effective talent management, the innovation of library service promotion, bring new innovation service value, so it can feed back to the management of talents and form a good circulation of the operation in the library.
