Research on the Construction of Bilingual Education Video Database in Xinjiang

Abstract: Video resources are an important part of building a digital library, the author summarized the direction of the video database, content organization, platform selection, processing flow, processing standards and other construction sectors, and also analyzed the existing problems, through discussing the construction ideas of bilingual education video database in Xinjiang.
