微信在图书馆虚拟咨询服务中的发展策略研究

摘要: 随着信息技术的不断创新与快速发展,微信作为即时通讯软件备受各领域关注。图书馆作为传播文化、数字资源服务的部门,应抓住机遇,积极探索适合图书馆的微信服务模式,更好地提升服务水平与服务质量。通过对微信概况及其优势进行分析,对图书馆微信服务平台的感知度与期望值进行调查,寻找出图书馆微信公众平台在服务过程中存在的不足,为今后图书馆微信公众平台深化虚拟咨询服务提出建议。

Abstract: With the continuous innovation and rapid development of information technology, Wechat, as a kind of instant messaging software, is drawing attention from various fields. Library with its function of disseminating culture and digital resources should seize this opportunity to explore a suitable Wechat-service pattern in order to better promote the level and quality of its services. By analyzing the general situation of Wechat and its advantages, researching the perceptibility and expectation of library Wechat service platform, finding deficiencies of library Wechat service platform during its operational process, the author puts forward constructive suggestions to deepen virtual reference services of library Wechat public platform in the future.
