Abstract: Mobile internet has a far-reaching impact on the reading behavior and network dependence of college students with its openness, sharing and interactive characteristics. This paper analyzed the trend of reading environment in university library and the performance of college students' reading preference in the background of new media, and then pointed out that university library should optimize the allocation of resource, focus on network reading guidance, strengthen the cultivation of reading literacy and enhance the digital reading experience.
