基于招聘需求的高校课程改革策略——以图书馆学本科毕业生为例

摘要: [研究目的]通过分析招聘单位对图书馆学本科毕业生的需求,有利于高校培养高素质的图书馆学本科毕业生,提高图书馆学本科毕业生的就业率。[研究方法]笔者共采用两种研究方法:文献阅读法和网络调查法。首先,笔者在中国知网上进行文献检索、阅读、分析与总结。其次,通过收集招聘单位发布的雇佣信息,比较不同招聘单位的招聘要求。[研究结论]通过对获取数据的整理分析发现:图书馆发布的招聘岗位类型主要有技术类、行政综合管理类、业务类3种;企业发布的招聘岗位类型主要集中在两个方面,一是情报研究、数据挖掘等领域,二是行政类职务;国考、省考、企事业单位的招聘岗位主要集中在行政类管理岗领域;科研院所以及情报机构的招聘岗位主要以信息深层次加工处理为主。[创新]笔者从招聘单位的角度出发,搜集整理不同招聘单位对图书馆学本科毕业生的需求,从专业能力、学历、工作经验、生源地等多个角度进行横向和纵向对比分析,总结不同招聘单位对图书馆学本科毕业生的需求差异。

Abstract: [Purpose]By analyzing the demand of the recruiting units for the graduates of library science, colleges and universities can cultivate high-quality graduates of library science and improve the employment rate of graduates of library science. [Design]This paper adopts two research methods: literature reading method and network survey method. [Conclusion]It is found that the types of recruitment posts released by the library are mainly technical, administrative and comprehensive management, and business. The types of recruitment positions released by enterprises are mainly in two aspects: one is in the field of intelligence research and data mining, and the other is in the field of administrative positions. The recruitment positions of national examination and enterprises and institutions are mainly in the field of administrative management. Research institutes and intelligence agencies recruit jobs mainly for deep information processing. [Originality]The author collects and sorts out the needs of different recruiting units for library science graduates, conducts horizontal and vertical comparative analysis from multiple perspectives such as professional ability, education background, work experience and student origin, and summarizes the differences in the needs of different recruiting units for library science graduates.
