Abstract: How to efficiently manage the digital teaching resource and fully play its role in teaching and learning, has become one of the hottest research topics in digital library. This paper studies the three main challenges and countermeasures on the data management of digital teaching resource, including the organization and presentation of digital teaching resource, the design of user retrieval and the usefulness evaluation. Through the case study of Telecommunication Economics in WANGKEWANG platform, it showed the actual results of digital teaching resource in enhancing the competitiveness and influence of the course.
