Abstract: Library book acquisition has the complexity and structural characteristics, which is very difficult to achieve fine management, and the introduction of the concept of PDCA circulation management can effectively improve the degree of fine books, at the same time matching the continuous development of appeal and content management. Therefore, in the design of book acquisition, library needs comprehensive application of PDCA circulation management mode, and interview mode can follow the principle of design, and construct the intensive working group from four aspects of acquisition process, content management, business segments and software application.
