摘要: 增硕立项是每个普通高等院校发展历程的必经之路,也是高等院校图书馆发展中的头等大事,其中充足的专业学科资源是增硕立项的必备条件之一,。笔者以增硕立项为切入点,从纸质资源、电子资源、信息服务、学科服务、信息素养教育等不同维度,全景扫描图书馆65年建设大数据,提出图书馆唯有在增硕之前做好充分资源保障体系的准备工作,增硕中对增硕立项提供学科资源的支撑分析数据报表,增硕立项后根据增硕结果的经验教训,重新优化学科资源配置或重新制定学科资源的发展规划方案,切实为院校的跨越式发展,如“更名大学”,“水平评估”、“创建综合性大学”的目标任务而奋斗。

Abstract: New master degree adding program is the the only way which must be passed in the development of university, and also is the top priority in the development of college library, while sufficient professional discipline resource is one of the essential conditions. From the view of new master degree adding programs, this paper reviewed the big data of sixty-five years’ library construction including paper resource, electronic resource, information service and discipline service, and proposed that it should do well the preparation work on sufficient resource security system before the programs, provide the analysis data reports on discipline resource support during the programs and summarized the experience and lessons after the programs, and then optimize the discipline resource allocation or redesign disciplines resource development planning to struggle for the leapfrog development of the school, such as renamed as university, assessment and comprehensive university creation.
