摘要: 在高校图书馆读者服务工作中, 加强双方有效沟通对提高图书馆的管理水平,为读者提供优质的文献信息服务,使读者获取所需的文献资料,具有重要的作用。但难免在双方沟通中产生一系列问题,进而针对高校图书馆业务水平参差不齐、高校图书馆馆员缺乏强烈的服务意识及高校图书馆馆员与读者沟通渠道单一等问题,提出对策建议,以建立高校图书馆馆员与读者之间有效沟通机制。

Abstract: In the reader service work of university library, strengthening bilateral effective communication has played an important role in providing readers with quality literature information service and enabling readers to obtain the required documentation. But it inevitably produced a series of problems in the communication between both sides. Focusing on the uneven business levels of university libraries, the lack of strong service awareness for librarians and the single communication channel between librarian and reader and other issues, this paper put forward some suggestions to establish effective communication mechanism between librarian and reader.
