摘要/Abstract

摘要： 隐性知识已获得知识界的普遍认可，逐步从理论研究阶段走向实践阶段。“真人图书馆”在隐性知识开发上已卓有成效，对读者的隐性知识资源进行有效开发，将其作为图书馆动态生长的动力，意义深远。开发读者隐性知识资源，拓展图书馆的服务阵地，促使图书馆主动适应社会发展，大有可为。

关键词: 隐性知识, 图书馆服务, 真人图书馆

Abstract: Tacit knowledge has gained wide recognition in the intellectual circles, and gradually developed from the stage of theoretical research to the stage of practical using. Living library has been quite fruitful on mining tacit knowledge. It should be of great significance to make effective development of tacit knowledge from readers and keep it as driving force for the dynamic growth of libraries, and have promising prospects in adapting libraries forwardly to the demand of the social development by exploiting tacit knowledge from readers and expanding service scope of library.
