摘要: 由于中外高校教育及地域差异性,中外高校在读者服务方面自有不同之处,相对中国而言,大多数国外高校图书馆读者服务较完善,有必要从服务理念、服务内容及服务人员3个方面进行中外高校图书馆读者服务比较分析,并借鉴国外高校图书馆在读者服务工作方面的成功经验,秉承“读者服务至上”理念、拓展个性化服务内容及加强专业化服务人员建设,以完善中国高校图书馆读者服务体系。

Abstract: With the educational and regional differences between Chinese and foreign universities, their reader service also showed some differences, and most foreign university libraries service better while compared with China. It is necessary to make a comparative analysis on the library service of Chinese and foreign universities from the service concept, service content and service staff, and learn the successful experience of reader service in foreign university libraries, and expand personalized service contents and professional service personnel by adhering to the concept of reader service first, so as to improve China’s university library service system.
