摘要: 随着中国信息共享技术和国家文化规划的不断推进,给中国公共图书馆的社区文化服务体系带来了强大的发展动力,但是严重的资源匮乏、管理混乱以及技术缺失等问题也给中国公共图书馆发展社会公共文化事业造成了壁垒。信息网络化和知识经济化的环境发展,要求给图书馆拓展业务职能实现纵深发展带来了机遇。借助公共图书馆的专业优势及资源优势,在地方政府引导下逐渐向社区延伸,从服务的管理方法、体制建设以及服务策略等,探讨进一步完善公共图书馆服务体系发展的具体内容。

Abstract: The continuously pushing of China's information-sharing technology and national cultural planning has brought a powerful impetus to the development of public library’s community service system, while the existing problems including the lack of resource, chaotic management and technical deficiency have also caused some barriers. The development requirements of library environment in information network and knowledge economy is to bring new opportunities for library to expand business functions and achieve the deepen development. Based on the professional advantages and resources advantages, public library should gradually extended to the community with the guidance of local government, which can realize the win-win between the function expansion of library service and cultural prosperity. This paper mainly tried to improve the development contents of public library service system based on the analysis about the management approach, system construction and service strategy of public library’s community extension service.
