摘要/Abstract

摘要： 首先介绍了电子资源绩效评价的阐释;其次,结合EQUINOX、ARL E-Metrics、COUNTER等7个国外知名的电子资源绩效评价项目,构建出国外电子资源绩效评价指标体系一览表;最后,借鉴国外的经验,指出我国电子资源绩效评价可走的一条可持续发展之路。

Abstract: The paper firstly has introduced the interpretation of electronic resources performance evaluation;Secondly,combining with EQUINOX、ARL E-Metrics、COUNTER and other foreign electronic resources performance evaluation projects,it has constructed the foreign electronic resources performance evaluation indexes system table;Finally,combining with the foreign experiences,it has put forward the sustainable development road of domestic electronic resources performance evaluation.
