知识系统与文化系统中图书馆的发展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 知识和文化是当今时代发展的两大主线。知识经济和知识管理、文化大发展大繁荣是图书馆发展的时代背景,作为知识系统和文化系统的重要组成部分,图书馆应充分体现其知识职能和文化职能。知识组织、知识检索、知识传播和知识服务是图书馆的知识职能,文化保存、文化教育、文化传播、文化服务和文化休闲是图书馆的文化职能。

关键词: 知识系统, 文化系统, 知识管理, 文化服务, 图书馆定位

Abstract: Knowledge and culture are the two mainlines in our world and time. Knowledge-based economy, knowledge management, and culture development and booming are the background of library development in our time. Library should fully embody its knowledge function and culture function as the important part of knowledge system and culture system. Knowledge organiztion, knowledge retrieval, knowledge transmission and knowledge service are the knowledge functions of library. Culture saving, culture education, culture transmission, culture service and culture relaxation are the culture functions of library.
