大数据背景下的图书馆服务创新

Library Service Innovation under the background of big data

摘要: 通过对大数据涵义的解释,说明在新形势下图书馆服务创新的必然性,提出服务创新的措施:(1)创新服务理念:倡导人性化服务,立足提高每个公民的文化素质;(2)提高馆员职业精神和专业水准,营造终身学习的氛围,不断提高馆员素养;(3)创新服务方式:利用物联网、手机图书馆、高校图书馆向社会多样化开放以实现资源共享。

Abstract: through the interpretation of the meanings of big data, shows that under the new form of inevitability of library service innovation, service innovation measures are put forward: (1) the innovation service idea: advocacy humanized service, based on improve the culture quality of every citizen to (2) to improve the professionalism and professional standards, librarians build life-long learning atmosphere, improving librarians' literacy (3) innovation service mode: using Internet to the library of university library open to the diversification of society in order to realize resources sharing.
