摘要/Abstract

摘要： 根据民族文化信息资源保障体系建设与民族文化创意产业发展的内在联系，结合黔南州图书馆对黔南地区民族地方文献实行数字化统一管理和开展黔南民族地方文献创意开发的实践，探索民族文化信息资源保障体系建设融入文化创意产业发展的合理性、必要性，并结合社会实践提出建设策略及必备条件。

关键词: 民族文化, 信息资源, 保障体系, 文化创意产业, 融合发展

Abstract: According to the inner link between the construction of guarantee system for information resources of ethnic culture and the development of cultural and creative industries, connected with the digital unified management and the practice exploration on creative development research to the local ethnic literature of Qiannan autonomous prefecture by Qiannan Prefecture Library , this text combined with the social reality discusses the rationality , necessity , constructional strategy and essential conditions about guarantee system for information resources of ethnic culture constructed upon integrative development with cultural and creative industries.
