摘要： 从均衡发展的角度，分别从图书馆自身的均衡发展、图书馆之间的均衡发展以及图书馆与其他部门的均衡发展三个方面论述了中国图书馆均衡发展存在的问题以及改进措施。

Abstract: This paper mainly focuses on the existed problems of in China from three different aspects,that is,the balanced development of libraries themselves,the balanced development among libraries,the balanced development between libraries and the other departments. Based on the above analyses,the corresponding solutions are put forward.
