有效沟通在图书馆服务中的缺失与对策

摘要: 沟通在读者服务中的有效沟通,确保图书馆服务目标的实现,提高服务质量与效率,有效沟通的缺失会造成服务与需求脱节、资源浪费。探讨了沟通的方法与途径,提出畅通沟通渠道的保障措施,提倡“激发潜能”的管理模式,以促进图书馆服务工作不断提升与更新。

Abstract: Communication plays an important role in the reader service of library, effective communication can ensure the aim of library service, improve service quality and efficiency, and lack of effective communication will cause the waste of resources and the disconnection between library service and reader demand. This paper discussed the ways and methods of communication, put forward some measures to ensure effective interpersonal communication channel, and suggested the management mode for motivation potential, so as to promote improvement and update of the library service work constantly.
