Abstract: With the rapid development of e-book industry in China, this paper analyzed the domestic common six operation models, and discussed the cooperative characteristics of operation platform and publishing units, and pointed out the existing problems, including copyright flaws, format confusion, low participation of publishing units. In view of these, library should solve the contradiction between public interest and sales, and do a good job of digital copyright protection, and actively promote the e-book format standardization in legal deposit.
