Abstract: The application and development of modern technology has produced massive structured and unstructured data. It is important to group, compromise and recombine digital resource in heterogeneous systems scientifically by new technologies and methods for library in big data environment. Based on this, a knowledge organization system can be formed to improve the digital utilization efficiency. In the process of resource aggregation, it also should pay attention to the relations among resource, system, cost and service, to make the work effectiveness maximized.
