快速城市化背景下公共图书馆促进流动人口社会融合的研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： [目的/意义]流动人口市民化是城市化的核心问题,社会融合是市民化过程中的必经阶段。流动人口社会融合程度高低是中国城市治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要体现,公共图书馆作为公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分之一,理应发挥促进流动人口社会融合的功能。[方法/过程]以流动人口为主体视角,从分析流动人口的社会融合中的多重诉求出发,认为公共图书馆在为增强流动人口在城市就业和职场竞争力提供社会支持、满足了流动人口希望获得城市基本公共服务的部分诉求和满足了流动人口心理和精神层面的部分诉求等方面发挥着社会融合功能。[结果/结论]文章提出可从公共图书馆平等性维度、可及性维度和服务覆盖率维度出发改进和完善现有公共图书馆服务体系,以完善城市治理体系和治理能力现代化。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] Citizenization of migrant population is the core issue of urbanization, and social integration is a necessary stage in the process of citizenization. It is important to demonstrate the modernization of urban governance system and capacity by the degree of social integration of migrant population, and as a part of public cultural service system, public libraries should play their due roles in promoting social integration. [Method/Process] From the perspective of migrant population, this paper analyzes the multiple demands of migrant population in the process of social integration, and regards public libraries as having three functions in the process of social integration, providing social support to enhance the employment competitiveness of migrant population, and satisfying part of the demands for urban basic public services, and the psychological and spiritual demands. [Results/Conclusions] In order to improve urban governance system and capacity, this paper proposes to improve the current public library service system beneficial to the social integration based on the three dimensions of equality, accessibility and service coverage.
