Abstract: Taking the Library of Tianjin Agricultural University as an example, on the basis of analyzing the necessity of its promotion and use, this paper comprehensively expounded the existing methods and their insufficiency, and meanwhile, proposed the targeted solution and development countermeasures, so as to facilitate the benign development of promotion and use in Library of Tianjin Agricultural University, as well as provide reference for other university libraries.
