Abstract: Big data era has come, while the research and application of big data technology has penetrated into the library resource construction and service. According to the provincial academy of agricultural sciences library, from the perspective of servicing agricultural research, this paper analyzed the information needs of agricultural scientific research personnel, the status quo and problems of library service, and then proposed the innovation service construction strategies, including cultivating cross-border talent and optimizing talent structure, expanding digital collections and improving the collection system, outstanding characteristics and constructing featured resource, collecting professional data and developing data products and constructing digital library service innovation platform to realize the intelligent service.
