Abstract: With the development of Internet of things, the Internet and modern communication technologies, the interconnectivity among technology, information and life has promoted the construction of "smart city". Library as the information resource center, reading and learning center, cultural exchange center, social harmonious space and innovation experience centre of the city has highlighted its roles. Under the background of smart city construction, there is a great need for libraries. Library service should closely integrated with people's needs, fully integrated into people's life, fully play the role of the system, and seek transformation and development momentum in the continuous innovation.
