Abstract: Reform of Supply-Front brings innovation to industry mode of supply-drive-demand and meanwhile provides a new direction for improving public culture service efficiency of libraries. In this paper, the concept of Reform of Supply-Front, as well as its essence and contents were firstly introduced. On this basis, elements and the key points influencing public culture service of libraries were analyzed under the context of Reform of Supply-Front. Approaches to improve public culture service efficiency of libraries were further stated. Finally specific strategies were emphatically discussed to facilitate the reform and transformation of public libraries.
