高校数字图书馆服务质量评价指标体系及评价方法研究

摘要: 随着信息技术的发展,数字图书馆已成了为高校教学、科研服务的核心,其服务质量的好坏是影响高校图书馆发展的关键因素。科学合理地评价高校数字图书馆服务质量成了一项重要工作。通过对高校数字图书馆服务质量评价内容的分析,建立了一套较科学的评价指标体系,在此基础上,提出了一种使用神经网络技术进行高校数字图书馆服务质量评价的方法。实例表明,该方法能够实现对高校数字图书馆服务质量的准确评价,为提高高校数字图书馆服务质量提供了有益的帮助。

Abstract: With the development of information technology, digital library has been the core for university teaching and scientific research service, and its service quality is the key factor affecting the development of university library. To evaluate the service quality of university digital library scientifically and reasonably has become an important work. This paper analyzed the evaluation contents of digital university library’s service quality firstly,and established a scientific evaluation index system, and then proposed a evaluation method based on neural network. The example showed that this method can realize an accurate evaluation for the service quality of digital university library, which gave a useful help for university to promote the service quality of digital library.
