摘要: 知识经济时代的到来,充分印证了知识创造财富的真理。能够在当前信息大爆炸的环境中,有效的获取到最有价值的信息,是当前所有信息利用者们普遍关注的问题。对于公共图书馆而言,注重读者咨询服务质量的提高,就成为新媒体背景下公共图书馆“破茧成蝶”的最佳契机。探讨了公共图书馆读者信息咨询服务发展的必要性,对于当前公共图书馆读者信息咨询服务工作特点进行了分析,指出公共图书馆读者咨询服务的策略,以供参考。

Abstract: The advent of knowledge economics age has confirmed the truth that knowledge created wealth. In the current environment of information explosion, effective access to valuable information concerned all the information users. For the public library, emphasis on the improvement of reader consulting service has become the best chance for its transformation under the background of new media. This paper discussed the necessity of developing reader consulting service in public library, and analyzed the features of reader consulting service, and then proposed the developing strategies to provide reference.
