基于平衡计分卡的高校图书馆绩效评价

摘要: 针对中国目前高校图书馆的传统人事管理造成的弊端:考核定位不明确、考核标准不科学、考核方式的重心过于倾向于定量考核。这些现象阻碍图书馆的发展。通过探索行之有效的绩效考评方法,建立动态平衡计分卡这一科学的现代化管理,提出了建立动态平衡计分卡的模型,以及对平衡计分卡的设计,对图书馆绩效管理进行规范化的管理。

Abstract: Focusing on the current shortcomings of traditional personnel management of university library in China, including undefined evaluation positioning, unscientific evaluation criteria, more attention on quantitative evaluation, which hindered the development of library, this paper explored an effective performance evaluation method through establishing a dynamic balanced score card, to realize scientific modern management. It proposed to establish dynamic balanced score card model and design the balanced score card, as well as conduct the standardized management of library performance.
