Abstract: This paper elaborates the present situation of university library service in our country, mainly is the "reader centered" service concept, to provide books resources diversification and the rise of the mobile library. But good development staff is unable to avoid slow development and lack of professionalism, mobile library service quality evaluation of such problems as incomplete, especially when comparing with foreign library, is more evident. Because of the development of library service in the future was prospected. Look forward to better quality of service for readers.
