Abstract: This paper analyzes and summarizes the mode characteristics, mode select and value characteristics of library service for community education, and expounds the revelation what the practical activity of library service for community education brings to the library development and theoretical research. In the humanistic society development phase, library should establish the value orientation and service tenet for people's livelihood improvement, and build the library value system as the livelihood improvement as the core content, so that library undertaking will have more powerful vitality and vast potential for future development.
