美国大学图书馆危机管理的研究与实践

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 运用文献调研和网站调查的方法,对美国大学图书馆危机管理的研究与实践现状进行了归纳分析。研究结果发现,灾难管理或突发事件管理等是美国图书馆危机管理一般使用的概念;案例研究、经验总结是重要的研究方法;灾前预防、危机应对阶段的图书馆服务、灾后恢复处理、相关的技术运用以及图书馆在各种社会危机中的作用是研究的重点;在实践中,积极构建图书馆系统内、外的危机应对协作网络;制定紧急应变手册和建立专门的应急机构,以预防和应对危机的发生。

Abstract: This paper uses the method of literature investigation and site survey, to give inductive analysis on the research and practice of the present situation of American university library crisis management. It comes out that: In contrast to crisis management in China, American libraries tend to use disaster management or emergency management; Case study and experiences summarization are important research methods; It focuses on Pre-disaster prevention, library services during the disaster, Post-disaster recovery processing, some related technologies and the role of libraries in various social disasters. In practice, American libraries actively build the crisis collaboration network and formulate emergency response manual and set up a special emergency institution to prevent and respond to crises.
