摘要: 以情绪的ABCR管理模式及数学模型为基点,分析了引起高校图书馆流通馆员情绪变化的各个影响因素,提出了流通馆员有效管理情绪的必要性及对策,以便为提高图书馆流通部服务质量提供依据。

Abstract: Based on the ABCR management model and mathematical model of emotion, this article analyzed the influence factors of university librarians' emotional changes, and for which proposed necessity and countermeasures of effective emotional management. All these are for improving service quality of library circulation department.
