摘要: 随着物联网和云计算等技术的发展,图书馆的服务正经历从文献服务、信息服务到知识服务的转型发展。通过对大学生读者创新需求与图书馆知识服务转型交互作用机制分析,对影响大学生读者创新的多层面因素分析,深刻阐述知识服务战略转型面临的机遇与挑战,提出图书馆知识服务战略转型的策略。

关键词: 读者创新需求, 图书馆知识服务, 战略转型, 策略

Abstract: With the popularity of computer network technology, library service approach, services are a fundamental change, and social networking technologies to achieve the sharing of information, completely broke the library with the external environment, its internal each between departments pattern of relatively closed, library information resources become a node in the system, the traditional order processing paper documents, books lending service-based business processes have also been badly hit, so business process reengineering and libraries organizational structure optimization is imperative. This article on Huaibei Vocational and Technical College Library, for example, for the issues.
