Discussing the Library Cultural Communication from Communication Theory’s Perspective

摘要: 图书馆文化的影响力取决于图书馆文化传播的方式。基于传播学理论讨论图书馆文化的构建和传播技巧是创新图书馆文化的有效途径。研究表明,图书馆在信息的聚集和信息的服务上,应该把讯息传播给读者;把读者作为有能动性的受众,按照“使用与满足”理论关注读者的需求和反馈,满足读者的个性需要;基于“培养”理论,通过“议程设置功能”可以营造良好的环境氛围;把握“第三人效果”理论,在图书馆文化传播中扬其长,避其短,传播正能量。

Abstract: The influences of library culture depend on the methods of library cultural communication. The communication theory points out an effective method on how to make innovation in library culture constructing and communication. The research shows that the function of library is realized through the mechanism of cultural communication. It is a communication process. The readers are active receiver; based on the Use and Satisfaction theory, we should pay more attention on the readers’ needs and feedback; based on the training theory, we should constructing a better context through agenda setting. Meanwhile, we also need to the third person effectiveness theory to promote the positive influences and to avoid the negative influences in library cultural communication.
