摘要/Abstract

摘要： 大数据时代的来临给图书馆事业发展带来巨大挑战。国家农业图书馆作为中国唯一的国家级农业专业图书馆，在大数据时代背景下要为全国农业科研创新提供服务支撑，就需要针对时代特点调整人力资源结构。在此针对国家农业图书馆人力资源结构现状和存在的问题，提出大数据时代国家农业图书馆人力资源开发的相关建议。

Abstract: The age of big data has come, and is bringing great influence to the development of libraries. National agricultural library, as the only state level agricultural professional library in China, needs to adjust the structure of human resources according to the characteristics of the age of big data, if it wants to give full play to the role of the support for national agricultural research and innovation. Facing to the current situation and other problems, this paper gives some suggestions for National Agricultural Library‘s human resource development in the age of big data.
