Construction and Analysis on the Knowledge Management Maturity Model of University Library

Abstract: Knowledge management of university library has played an important role in making knowledge service innovation and enhancing the library management ability. Analysis and evaluation of knowledge management maturity is conducive to the sustainable implementation of knowledge management. This paper analyzed the significance and present situation of the application of knowledge management in university libraries and constructed the knowledge management maturity model from three aspects, including the development model, the analysis model and the evaluation model, and then discussed the application of knowledge management maturity model in university library, so as to provide the guidance framework and basis for the evaluation of university library’s knowledge management ability.
