[Purpose / Significance] The construction of university library learning space is helpful to promote the better adaption to non-traditional learning methods for a university library, which can realize the rediscovery of space value in the library. [Method / Process] This paper uses the related research literature of "University Library Learning Space" at home and abroad, studies the connotation and development process of learning space, analyzes the motivation of the construction of learning space, summarizes the construction strategy of learning space, and compares the similarities and differences of the research at home and abroad. [Results / Conclusions] This paper draws the enlightenment to the research on university learning space for China: the researchers should focus on the impacts of changes in learning concepts on the research of learning space, focus on the research of support services for learning, promote in-depth the research of learning space, and pay attention to new trends of the research of learning space.

[Purpose / Significance] In the era of big data, this paper discusses the application direction of the new technology of block chain in university libraries, analyzes how this technology can solve the predicament of the current digital resource construction in university libraries, and promotes the construction of university library ecological system in the new era. [Method / Process] Through literature research, this paper analyzes the difficult problems in the construction of digital resources in university libraries at present, and discusses the feasibility of its application in the construction of digital resources in university libraries from the technical characteristics of block chains and application cases. [Results / Conclusions] Block chain technology has the advantages of decentralization, intelligent contract and asymmetric encryption, and can be applied to various stages in digital resource construction such as data collection, data processing, and data service, in the premise of ensuring data security and credibility to achieve user participation, improve service efficiency. Block chain technology can solve many difficult problems in the construction of digital resources and become a new driving force for university libraries.

[Purpose / Significance] The emergence of digital tools and technologies has expanded the traditional understanding of knowledge in the fields of humanities, arts and social sciences, and redefined the boundaries between humanities, social sciences, arts and natural sciences. [Method / Process] Based on the special research situation of "Su Ci", this paper introduces the research of text polarity emotion analysis into historiography, in order to enhance the scientificity of methods and the quantifiable degree of data support. By digitizing the paper data (such as OCR) to generate data files that are convenient for computer use, and importing them into the emotion analysis system, the corresponding relationship of "emotion age" is generated based on the existing historical data obtained by the same method. Based on the relevant quantitative historical database (providing the support of Historical Geographic Information), the model of "emotion time space" is established. [Results / Conclusions] The establishment of this model is expected to provide new support for the establishing the knowledge base of classical literature works, the in-depth study of traditional culture, the textual research of the creation time of the ancients, the history of the characters, the related historical events and the local historical records.

[Purpose / Significance] At present, WeChat public platform is an important technical means for a university library to promote reading service. Further optimization of WeChat platform structure, reconstruction of reading promotion content and implementation plan are of great significance to improve the effect of reading promotion service. [Method / Process] By using mobile phones to browse the WeChat public platform and "Qingbo index" data platform of eight undergraduate university libraries in Shanxi Province, we have obtained the reading promotion news and annual report of WeChat platform pushed by each platform in 2019. Combined with the latest research results of the academic community, we have carried out our study in such dimensions as expert lectures, book reading sharing meetings, information literacy education, frequency of sending papers, total reading volume of the year and top 10 hot words of the year. The dimensions of the current situation and characteristics of reading promotion of each platform are empirically analyzed and studied. [Results/Conclusions] We found that there are some problems such as inaccurate positioning of reading promotion, unclear levels of content design and simple means of implementation. We put forward some countermeasures, such as clarifying the ideas of reading promotion, developing a special reading promotion platform, accurately designing the content of reading promotion, highlighting the design of discipline characteristics and building a high-quality professional team.

[Purpose / Significance] At present, artificial intelligence technology is accelerating the construction of smart libraries in China. In this process, all kinds of libraries are facing the challenge of innovating traditional reading promotion service. In order to help a library to cope with this challenge, this paper puts forward the innovative strategy of reading promotion in a smart library. [Method / Process] Firstly, the paper introduces the background of reading promotion of a smart library, and then expounds the challenge of smart library construction to traditional reading promotion service from three perspectives of the role of data resources, data service development direction and data processing forms. [Results / Conclusions] In order to deal with these challenges, the paper proposes that when carrying out reading promotion, the smart library should focus on the communication media, a reader's reading characteristics and reader's personalized needs, and construct by improving the diversification level of reading promotion types, strengthening the analysis of reading promotion motivation and target, referring to the theory of integrated marketing communication and cultivating interdisciplinary talents to build a brand new reading promotion system.

[Purpose / Significance] In order to objectively and comprehensively reveal research progress and knowledge structure of brassinosteroid to guide researchers to better promote the follow-up study. [Method/Process] This paper systematically analyzed the big data of international literature on brassinosteroid from 1970 to 2019 based on Web of Science database by CiteSpace software. [Results / Conclusions] (1) Since the discovery of brassinosteroid, the total number of research has been increasing year by year, especially for recent ten years China, the United States and Japan have published the most number of papers, among which, the RIKEN (Japan) and Chinese Academy of Sciences are the main force. (2) There are five core author groups formed around Japanese researchers, and the internal cooperation is close and gradually spreads out. (3) The study of brassinosteroid can be divided into four stages: germination stage (1970-1990), formation stage (1991-2000), development period (2001-2010) and mature stage (2011-2019). (4) The focus of future research is the molecular mechanism of brassinosteroid involved in stress response and its application.

[Purpose / Significance] Under the background of the construction of the national intellectual property power, the innovation and development of enterprises are in urgent need of the support of patent information services, and how to access information resources is the widespread problem among the small and medium-sized enterprises. Public libraries provide patent information services for small and medium-sized enterprises, which can help them improve the efficiency of innovations and quality. [Method / Process] Through literature research, the current situation of patent information demand for small and medium-sized enterprises and patent information service carried out by public libraries at home and abroad are studied, and the advantages and strategies of public libraries to carry out patent information services are discussed. [Results / Conclusions] Based on the practical experience of patent information services carried by Shenzhen Science and Technology Library to small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper discusses the sustainable development direction of the public libraries in providing patent information services for small and medium-sized enterprises.

[Purpose / Significance] A mobile digital library as a new library service model in the wake of technological change, presents enormous future development and application prospects. As a new service system of modern digital library, its development and construction is a process of constantly updating and perfecting its data and technologies. [Method / Process] Through the analysis of a library's own service mode, this paper studied the application status of a mobile digital library. According to its architecture, the problems existing in current digital libraries were analyzed step by step. From the perspectives of a library's own data construction, wireless mobile communication technology, mobile digital library's service construction and intellectual property protection, this paper made a detailed analysis and exploration of the problems existing in the structure and service of a mobile digital library. [Results / Conclusions] We put forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to provide insights into the development of mobile digital libraries.

[Purpose / Significance] With the development of big data technologies, it has been a recent trend for a public library to provide information services, especially individualized information service to researchers. By developing personalized personal foreign language information services, and constructing information service contents, public libraries have increased their ability of information services. [Method / Process] Taking Guilin Medical University as an example, we show how a public library develops individulized SCI information service products in public library, so as to provide better information individual services to researchers. [Results / Conclusions] This study provides theoretical basis for exploring new foreign language information services in new circumstances. and practical basis. It provides a good opportunity for future information service and content construction in digital libraries, and a big challenge at the same time.
