[Purpose/Significance] To sort out the "public opinion ecology" literature in China, and to clarify the basic situation of the main scholars in this field, and the research hot spots and development trends of public opinion ecology in the field. [Method/Process] By comparing the logic curve with scientific literature, we assess the development stage of China's "public opinion ecology" field, and use Citespace to draw a map of China's public opinion ecology research hot spots and keywords from 2004 to 2019. [Results/Conclusions] The research on the ecology of public opinion began with the application of "media" by "netizens", and the current hot spots are mainly focused on several areas: media integration and media structure; public opinion ecology, ecological environment, and ecological governance; ideological and political opinions in universities; Xi Jinping and the spread of socialist core values. This paper clarified the context and direction for subsequent research and development in the field of "public opinion ecology".

[Purpose/Significance] With the rapid development of public opinion research, it has attracted scholars in various disciplines and produced fruitful results. Research on the topic clustering and evolution trends of public opinion literature in China can intuitively reveal current research situation and research frontiers in the field. [Method/Process] A total of 1,361 articles published from 1998 to 2019 in the CSSCI database were used as research samples. Citespace and Tableau software were used to analyze the subject clustering and evolution trends of China's public opinion research. [Results/Conclusions] Based on the prediction data and knowledge graph analysis, the development of China's research into public opinions is analyzed and summarized, and related suggestions are proposed to provide a reference for subsequent research in this field.

[Purpose/Significance] Nowadays, the Internet public opinion environment faces many risks. Studying the formation mechanism and control of the social stability risks of Internet public opinions can effectively play the positive effect of Internet public opinions, prevent the risks and maintain social stability. [Methods/Process] Based on the theory of social combustion, this paper analyzes the social stability risks in the evolution of Internet public opinion from three aspects of combustion substance, combustion supporting agent and ignition temperature, and constructs the formation mechanism model of social stability risks of Internet public opinions. [Results/Conclusions] The control measures, which are based on eliminating combustion materials, controlling combustion aids and reducing ignition temperature, are proposed to provide reference for subsequent research in this field.

[Purpose/Significance] To control the pollution of online public opinions starting from clearing the source, restrain the spreading trend of public opinions which regard entertainment as supremacy and to guide net citizens to "spread positive energy" with enthusiasm, independent thinking and enhanced ability of value judgment. [Method/Process] We analyze the strategic interaction among stakeholders of Internet public opinion dissemination, construct a dynamic evolution model, and study the influencing factors of the game process on the supply side of online public opinions. [Results/Conclusions] On the basis of our anallysis, we put forward the governance strategies of online public opinions.

[Purpose/Significance] This papers aims to explore the "application-assessment" doctoral enrollment reform carried out in Chinese LIS schools and propose reasonable suggestions for improving the healthy development of Ph.D. education in China. [Method/Process] This paper selects the eight LIS colleges as the research object, and presents the current application status, the application conditions, the re-examination assessment methods, etc. On the basis of the introduction of above elements, this paper interprets the ecology of LIS's enrollment reform, and consolidates commonality and regularity. [Results/Conclusions] Five suggestions are proposed: implementing credit system for Ph.D. application, exploring more efficient ways for the re-examination assessment, building the appeal system, actively recruiting excellent students, and establishing fair and reasonable candidate selection system.

[Purpose/Significance] The National Natural Science Foundation's project funding is an important indicator of scientific research capabilities. Analysis of the data of the establishment of the research funds of double first-class universities is helpful to provide strategic support for university construction. [Purpose/Significance] This article studies the keyword data of the National Natural Science Foundation of China from 1998 to 2017. At first we preprocess double first-class universities' data, and then use the t-SNE algorithm in MATLAB to reduce the dimension of the data and visualize the results. This paper models from the time dimension and the unit-dependent dimension, and studies the keyword distribution of double first-class universities' projects in the past 20 years. [Results/Conclusions] The method in this paper is more intuitive than the traditional method based on structured analysis and provides a reference for the formulation of Chinese universities' construction strategies. In addition, other scholars can further model and program based on this research for such purposes as interactive visual modeling and fast and positioning of massive project data to improve scientific research efficiency.

[Purpose/Significance] In order to analyze the current situation of international cooperation and technology exchange in the field of artificial intelligence(AI), this study is carried out to provide references for China to take the lead in the layout of the artificial intelligence industry.[Method/Process]In this paper, the patents in the field of AI are taken as the research object, and the technology combination analysis method and social network analysis method are used to systematically analyze the patents. The characteristics of international cooperation in the field of AI are analyzed from three aspects: technology combination, cooperation network and cooperation influence.[Results/Conclusions]It is found that countries and regions all over the world are planning their business in AI subfields and applications, and have very similar technology distribution; there are close cooperation clusters among the countries participating in international cooperation; the comprehensive influence research of three dimensions shows that 66 international cooperation countries have formed six main cooperation types: strong, stable, marginal, conservative, monopoly and weak cooperation. At the end of this paper, some suggestions are put forward for China to enhance its international influence and accelerate the layout of AI.

[Purpose/significance] The needs of the new generation of migrant workers are complex and diversified, which requires the cooperation of multi-cultural institutions. [Methods/Process] This paper reviews the cultural needs, services and institutional cooperation of the new generation of migrant workers and foreign immigrants. Using the methods of questionnaire and interview to collect and sort out the data, to understand the cultural information needs of the new generation of migrant workers, the perception of the existing services and the expectation of the future services. [Results/Conclusions] At present, there are some problems in the service of the new generation of migrant workers, such as the mismatch between supply and demand, the lack of publication, propaganda channels, the shortage of physical and mental health services and source culture services, and the limitation of nearby community services. We should take the community as the carrier, broaden the channels of information dissemination, combine multiple resources to serve the community, and pay attention to source culture and multicultural services.
