Research on Digital Publishing Strategy of Sci-tech Journals Based on Users

Abstract: With the rapid development of Internet technology and the ever-increasing proportion of national digital reading, the digital publication transformation of sci-tech journals is imperative. This paper analyzed the advantages and opportunities from the perspective of users, and outlined the interactive vision of multi-role users in the digital publishing process, and proposed the digital publishing measures to provide all-round service for users, including creating QQ or wechat groups, using 3rd party media to guide user interaction, relying on own websites to build social platforms, educating authors on the digital publication awareness, building all-in-one XML publishing process and creating pure digital journals.
