The graduation design is a comprehensive practice teaching aspect to improve the level of information literacy and cultivate the ability of autonomous learning. Based on OBE idea, designs information literacy education system embedded in the whole process of graduation design, puts forward a proposal of two ways to evaluate the effect of information literacy education, explores the information literacy education model based on the concept of OBE.

At present, with the acceleration of the modernization process in our country and the development of economy, which has promoted the construction of informatization in the whole country, there is also a low economic level and a relatively backward level of informatization in rural areas of western China. Due to the "Matthew Effect", the development of rural economy and information lags far behind that of cities. The gap between the two areas is gradually increasing. The problem of information poverty in rural regions has become increasingly prominent, seriously hampering the development of rural economy. In this regard, based on the research results of the latest rural information poverty at home and abroad, based on the full and accurate questionnaire, this paper analyzes the farmers' information quality and rural information from two aspects: information awareness and information ability. Finally, some feasible countermeasures are put forward according to the status of information poverty in Anyun Township, Tongchuan District so as to speed up the information loss in rural areas.

MOOC has impacted the service mode of traditional library with a brand new education idea, and brought more possibilities for the future development of public library. Both domestic and foreign libraries actively participated in it. Taking the public class service in National Library of China as an example, this paper comprehensively demonstrated all aspects from the content construction, platform framework, display service, publicity and promotion of "National Library of China's Public Class Project". Using the questionnaire method, it collected and made researches of the user's habits and feedback, made deep thinking about the service contents, service channels and service effectiveness of public class in the future.

How to efficiently manage the digital teaching resource and fully play its role in teaching and learning, has become one of the hottest research topics in digital library. This paper studies the three main challenges and countermeasures on the data management of digital teaching resource, including the organization and presentation of digital teaching resource, the design of user retrieval and the usefulness evaluation. Through the case study of Telecommunication Economics in WANGKEWANG platform, it showed the actual results of digital teaching resource in enhancing the competitiveness and influence of the course.

Universal lifelong education is recognized by the international community, which can be strongly supported by the development and utilization of public library's education and training resource. Public library need to collect and collate the reference books, compile the standard catalogue of educational and training resource, and improve the identification and accessibility of paper resource. At the same time, it should build remote public learning platform and co-construction and sharing system, and innovate the development and utilization path of education and training resource from the interface, service and talent organization level. The development and utilization of educational and training resource in public library can improve the ability of public cultural service and guide users to develop lifelong learning habits.

Reading literacy is one of its key areas of assessment. The development of modern information technology has brought the library resource to a multi-source situation. Traditional paper book resource has faced the challenges of e-resource. Through the questionnaire survey statistics, by taking Library of Shandong Agricultural University as example, this paper analyzed and studied the understanding and utilization of paper resource from the readers in the library, to know the reading need, reading tendency and the factors influencing the borrowing of readers. At the same time, it analyzed the readers' satisfaction with the paper resource and service and the promotion measures of paper books. Meanwhile it gave the corresponding suggestions and countermeasure to optimize the structure of library in the new situation, improve the utilization rate of paper book resource, and maintain the advantage and vitality of this traditional resource.

"Internet plus" has provided new thoughts for reading promotion of university libraries. Based on the analysis about four practical activities of reading promotion in Southwest University, this paper proposed seven suggestions including catering for the habit of fragmented reading, implementing O2O publicity strategy, strengthening the systematicness and continuity, conducting activities with students oriented, interacting in multi-channels, enhancing attentions through the linkages of departments.

Adolescents are the future and hope of the country and the successor of the country's future construction. Research found that young people, while living in rich environment of digital information resource, but was still in digital poverty. Aiming to analyze the causes of digital poverty of young people, and help them better adapt to the rapid development of digital age, and better contribute to the digital development of motherland, through the analysis on the causes of digital poverty of young people based on the theory of small world behavior, this paper found that young people who were in the youth rebellion period had a very serious digital behavioral disorder in the process of learning knowledge throughout the various aspects of information behavior, which seriously led to the digital information poverty. Schools, teachers, parents and other social forces, should pay attention to this issue, and help young people get rid of digital information poverty, and make they truly become the innovation strength in digital era.
