Reader data information has such characteristics, including huge data volume, diversity of category, less profit -density, which needs to be analyzed with big data analysis to provide available and controllable information for building the individualized intelligence service system of library. This paper introduced the status of university libraries in Taizhou, and analyzed the characteristic and composition of readers' behavior, and then described the architecture and safeguard measures of the individualized intelligence service system.
