Necessity of Regulating Readers’ Online Complaints in University Libraries

Abstract: How to handle readers’ online complaints has been regarded as a difficult issue faced by university libraries in the era of new media. This paper compared 2 cases selected respectively from Baidu Tieba and wechat, and proposed some suggestions about correctly guiding readers’ complaints.
