Analysis on Continuing Education and Post Planning for Librarians in University Library

Abstract: Starting with the status of university librarians’ continuing education and post settings during the transition period from teaching to the teaching-research, this paper analyzed the necessity of librarians’ continuing education and post planning, and proposed some measures.
