Responsibility Reconstruction and Practice of University Library’s Social Service

Abstract: In view of the current situation of social service in university library, this paper discussed the necessity of carrying out the social service of university library from the angle of the responsibility and consciousness of library, and analyzed that the policy to support the development of social service was not only important and need to reflect the spirit of library, and put forward some suggestions from the implementation of social service. It was not only the awakening of responsibility sense, but also the transformation and upgrading of the concept and service of university library itself facing the change of information technology environment.
